Впрос в одном, как убрать оишбку не разбирая фары?=)автокорректор работает, проверил
Заменили штатные Led линзы на билед линзы китай со встроенным драйвером, вылезла ошибка headlight system check
ПО ПРЯДКУ:
1) Штатную линзу вытащили, питание штатной линзы оставили НЕ ЗАПИТАННЫМ! ТО ЕСТЬ МАШИНА ПРИ ВКЛЮЧЕНИИ БЛИЖНЕГ НЕ ВИДИТ ВООБЩЕ ЧТО ЛИНЗЫ ЕСТЬ!+) ОНО РЕАЛИЗОВАН ЧЕРЕЗ БЛОК РОЗЖИГА-ПИТАНИЕ
2) КИТАЙ БИЛЕД МОДУЛИ ИМЕЮТ ВСТРОЕННЫЙ БЛОК РОЗЖИГА ПОЭТОМУ ИХ ПОДЛКЮЧИЛИ НАПРЯМУЮ К ПИТАНИЮ ФАРЫ НА БЛИЖНИЙ СВЕТ! В ОБХОД БЛОКУ РОЗЖИГА!
проводка от блока розжига отключена до линзы, и взяли питание на новую линзу китай сразу от фары, от фишки подходящей к фаре точнее.
и теперь через 5 секунд после запуска двс и включения ближнего света горит ошибка headlight system check,
Вопрос как её можно устранить?
Повесить сопротивление на питание родной линзы? На фото вроде измерил сопротивление линзы 816 Ом 815-820 бегает показания
или как то на тойотах можно отключить эту функцию проверки состояния фар?
как БЕЗ разбора фары можно устранить ошибку с сохранением функции АВТОКОРРЕКТРА ФАРЫ,
что то не смог понять…
разьем питания родной линзы находится внутри фары

Hello, I have a Lexus CT200h (2013 pre-facelift)
After I replaced my left (LED) headlight it keeps showing the “Check Headlight System” error with “B2430” code.
The error in the car appears only when I put the lights (low beam) to ON or to AUTOMATIC (only if it’s night and the low beam will light on). When the lights are OFF or when I select the 1st scale, so only the Daylights are on (low beam is off), there is no error. By the time the low beam will turn on, the error will appear after 8-9 seconds.
The headlight is fully functioning and everything works properly but the error keeps showing up.
If anyone have any idea of what could be wrong, how I can fix this or how can I remove the error somehow so it won’t show up again, please let me know. I would really appreciate your support because we have tried several things but the error is still there.

Подогнулся, отрвался кронштейн либо тяга и уровень кузова не адекватный, как следствие, корректору фар не нравятся данные от датчиков уровня кузова, моё предположение. Удачи.

This light comes on when the fuel level in the tank becomes
nearly empty. Fill the tank as soon as possible.
On inclines or curves, due to the movement of fuel in the tank,
the low fuel level warning light may come on earlier than usual.
(p) Automatic Headlight Leveling System
Warning Light (Vehicles with discharge
headlight only)
This light warns that when there is a problem somewhere in the
automatic headlight leveling system.
The light will come on when the ignition key is turned to «ON»,
and will go off after a few seconds.
If it comes on, have your vehicle checked by your Lexus dealer.

This buzzer reminds you to remove the key when you open the
driver’s door with the ignition key in the «ACC» or «LOCK»
position.

I don’t have a LS430 but I can tell you that there is a four page diagnostic procedure for the headlight leveling system in the repair manual set for my 2000 LS400. The diagnostic procedure requires a continuity tester, a voltmeter and an oscilloscope.
On my LS400, there is supposedly a fuse («PWR-IG») in the fuse box in the engine compartment that supports the headlight leveling system but I checked and can not find a fuse labeled that way.
And there is a «height control sensor» at the front and back of the car — these are known to occasionally go bad or get knocked loose. And the «actuators» on each headlight. And the ECU for the headlight leveling system — supposedly behind the glove compartment on my 00 LS400.
I guess the first thing to check would be that all the fuses are good — you don’t have to remove the fuses to check them.
I did a search on several forums and found little information on headlight leveling system problems — apparently the system is usually trouble free unless a car has been in a crash and improperly repaired.
If you are a new owner, I would encourage you to find a good independent repair shop. I’ve been using the same indie Lexus/Toyota shop here in Kansas for almost ten years and the service and prices are way better than at the Lexus dealer. But I sometimes use the Lexus dealer too.
These are very complex cars and many of the systems in the cars are way beyond what an untrained person can handle. A good mechanic who knows these cars can often quickly zero in on the problem and save you time and money.
