2. Если пинг не помогает и ДНС сервера недоступны, то вместо имени сервера в Cisco VPN указывать его IP адрес. Узнав его пропинговав с телефона или другой машины.
3. Также стоит почистить кеш ДНС.

Уже несколько месяцев бьюсь с такой проблемой: не могу создать подключение со своего компьютера в VPN Client. При подключении должно выходить окно для ввода логина и пароля, но у меня оно не выходит: секунд через 10-15 появляется сообщение об ошибке 429 (скрин прикладываю), либо ошибке 412, если добавляю IP в файл hosts.

Теперь по порядку, что я делал: отключал брандмауэр, отключал антивирус, удалял антивирус, закрывал процессы в диспетчере задач, удалял лишние программы, чистил реестр, ставил последние обновления, запускал полное сканирование на вирусы. Ничего из этого не помогло. Тогда я решил пропинговать доступность этих серверов. Для примера взял третью строчку из списка:

С доступностью все оказалось ОК, но главное, что я смог увидеть IP данного сервера. На каком-то другом форуме я читал, что нужно добавить этот IP в файл hosts на своем компе. Это я и сделал:

После этого я попытался снова подключиться. Подключиться так и не удалось, но номер ошибки изменился с 429 на 412. Это единственное изменение, которое произошло. Все предыдущие вышеописанные действия вообще не приводили ни к каким изменениям.
И еще один интересный момент: на компе у меня windows 10, к интернету подключен по кабелю. Если вытащить этот кабель и вставить в мой старый ноутбук с windows 7, а потом попытаться подключиться на VPN Client, то подключение проходит на «ура». Т.е. дело тут, похоже, вообще не в сети.
