Сохранения в Cities Skyline — крайне важны. Ведь для строительства большого, прогрессирующего города нужно очень много времени. И крайне обидно, когда файл сохранения вашего мегаполиса крашится и не сохраняется игра. Давайте разберемся, как вылечить и обезопасить свои города!

Игра не сохраняется

Иногда Cities: Skylines отказывается сохранять игру. Для решения проблемы, совершите следующие действия:

  • Попробуйте запустить игру от имени администратора;
  • Проверьте достаточно ли места не диске С;
  • Сохранитесь в ручную;

Если вышеописанное не помогает, то придется копать глубже. Чаще всего, проблемы с сохранениями могут вызвать модификации. Для поиска конфликтующей можно воспользоваться специальным модом.

Loading Screen Mod

Данный инструмент позволяет найти проблемные модификации. Во время экрана загрузки, вам будет транслироваться вся необходимая информация о сторонних программах. Оранжевый и красный цвет, сигнализирует о проблемах во время загрузки карты. Поэтому рекомендуем избавиться от данных модификаций или скачать самую новую версию. Модификация позволяет контролировать установленные модификации и укажет, какие конфликтуют друг с другом

Если у вас «чистый» клиент без сторонних модификаций, а игра все равно не сохраняется, то попробуйте переустановить игру в Steam или Epic Game Store; или скачать другой репак.

Cities Skyline вылетает при сохранении

Проблемы вылетов в Cities Skyline могут быть связаны не только с сохранениями. Порой города разрастаются настолько, что движок на пару с компьютером, не справляются с нагрузкой и выключают игру. В любом случае, выполните следующие рекомендации:

  • Отключите/удалите все модификации и попробуйте поиграть некоторое время. Возможно проблема в некоторых модах;
  • Проверьте характеристики компьютера. Желательно, чтобы ваше железо удовлетворяло рекомендованным системным требованиям. Важно иметь более 6 Gb ОЗУ;
  • Во время игры, чаще старайтесь мониторить загруженность оперативной памяти и температуру комплектующих. Сделать это можно в «Диспетчере задач Windows». Зажмите комбинацию клавиш «Ctrl + Alt + Delete», затем выберете пункт «Диспетчер задач»;
  • Обновите игру и драйвера для видеокарты;
  • Проверьте достаточно ли свободного места на диске С.

Пропало сохранение

Изредка, можно встретить проблемы с загадочным исчезновением сохранений. Не бойтесь расстраиваться, возможно получится решить проблему.

В главном меню Cities Skylines перейдите в раздел «Диспетчер содержимого». В строке «Категории» кликните на вкладку «Сохраненные игры». Обратите внимание, иногда сохранения могут быть отключены. Кликнув на галочку «Вкл/выкл», нужное сохранение станет доступно для загрузки.

Проверьте сохранения в «Диспетчере устройств»

Если сохранения отсутствует в «Диспетчере устройств», то стоит проверить их наличие в корневой папке Cities: Skylines. Ознакомиться с подробной инструкцией по поиску сохранений можно в данной статье.

Каждый файл имеет расширение .crp — ошибиться сложно. Если папка пуста, то, к сожалению, сохранения утрачены. Чтобы подобной ситуации не повторилось, выполните следующие рекомендации:

  • удалите конфликтующие моды;
  • проверьте наличие свободного места на диске С;
  • пользуйтесь сохранением в облаке Steam;
  • включите автосохранение.

По заверениям разработчиков, любые проблемы с оптимизацией и потерей файлов связаны: либо с модификациями, либо с недостатком оперативной памяти. Надеемся, что вы смогли защитить свои сохранения! Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема, пожалуйста.

Игра лицензия, запускаю из-под клиента стима.

После 15-20 минут игры при сохранении выпадает. Только при сохранении (неважно, быстроим или через меню). Выпадает по разному:

— может вывалиться с ошибкой крэша и создать файлы дампа и прочее об ошибке (ниже приложил).

Выпадает как с модами, так и без.

ПК по характеристикам находится где-то между минимальными и рекомендуемыми.

Версия игры механиков. Примерно несколько дней играл, при этом игра сохранялась и сохранения можно было увидеть в отведенном окошке. Несколько раз игра переставала работать, когда нажимал на кнопку «выйти на рабочий стол»… Однажды создал новый город, решил сохраниться- окошко сохранения странно вылезло позади меню, причем никаких редыдущих городов в нем не было…. Нажал сохранить. Решил проверить окошко загрузок- так же позади главного меню и без каких либо сохранений. Так же происходит и в меню, когда игра не активна. Есть раздел «Диспетчер содержимого» — в нем показываются сохранения; они там есть! все, что до этого сохранял. Снос а затем установка игры не помогли. Что делать хз.

I am unable to save any existing and new games. I have an error message that states «an error has occurred while saving the game. Please try again later». I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no luck, I have cleared cache too. I have the same with save and autosave.

Could you help me?

I am also running the remaster version of the series s and have not come by this issue. Did you make sure your internet connection was working properly? It could also be that you don’t have enough disk space to save to

Yes I have a good connection and enough disk Space. That’s why I tried too on my computer with xCloud. But I had the same error than on xbox series.

I think you’re right, my city is 16.32mb. I hope paradox increases the limit because it doesn’t make sense then to propose 25 tiles in remastered version por Series S/X. I did’nt have this problem with my Xbox One version (only 9 tiles).

Mine is at 16.32mb 25 squares. Xbox 1 version i have a 33mb file. Frustrating. Wandering if 2 start again but will i get the same issue

— No cheats, restricted to 9 tiles (never enabled 25), no DLCs except what’s included with the base game
— 165,000 population
— File size of the save is 33MB
— Restarting the game (quit, remove from Quick Resume, restart console) usually allows me to perform one test save on an existing loaded save, but the first auto save attempt after 10 minutes of gameplay generates the error above
— Cannot save manually past that point

— Saving existing game to a new save slot, loading from there, re-saving into yet another new save slot — same synptoms

I have not tried to start a new city, but frankly I’m pretty discouraged from playing after repeatedly losing progress…

Well I just built another city. Hit 16.32mb on the save and it won’t save. Why can’t they fix this bug?

I too am having this issue now as my city has gotten larger. I can no longer play. I contacted Xbox and an expert helped me with deleting and re adding my account and then resetting Xbox. When we deleted my account and re added it that’s when I got a corrupt message and couldn’t even open my city. We then reset my Xbox and the city opened and initially saved but then the message kept coming back on auto and manual save.

I was then guided to contact paradox and I got a reply today saying to post on this thread and that hopefully the problem should fix itself soon! so no help or solution really!

Anyone managed to figure out how to solve this or whether a bug fix is coming or if anyone had had any better answers or guidance to this?

Add another instance of this issue.
— Xbox Series X
— Remastered version
— “An error occurred while saving the game. Please try again later.”
— No cheats, restricted to 9 tiles (never enabled 25), no DLCs except what’s included with the base game
— 165,000 population
— File size of the save is 33MB
— Restarting the game (quit, remove from Quick Resume, restart console) usually allows me to perform one test save on an existing loaded save, but the first auto save attempt after 10 minutes of gameplay generates the error above
— Cannot save manually past that point
— Have tried:
— Restarting console and game (see above)

Just to add — my save size is actually 16.32MB, not 33MB. The size I was looking at was the total size used for all saves. I’ve now independently tested (by copying prior saves to new slots) that once the save is 16.31 — 16.32MB, further saving becomes impossible. :(

Hello I have also run into this problem. When will this be resolved? My save is about 16.24 MB and is giving me an error when trying to save.

I’ve had the same issue with 2 different saves on Xbox series X. On-going issue. Both instances occurred at over 16mb.

I have the same problem on Xbox Series X. The game cannot be saved, i urge you to solve the problem, otherwise there is no point in continuing to play the game or downloading a newer version.

Same Issue. I just purchased all the dlc after the remastered edition came out. I kinda feel cheated.

Exact same issue here. Remastered, over 16 MB: game can no longer be saved. Makes the remastered 25 tiles version useless as others have noted. Very unfortunate.

Liebes Paradox-Team, ihr ruiniert euer eigenes Spiel. Wann wird das Problem mit dem Sparen endlich gelöst? Kartengrößen größer als 16MB können nicht gespeichert werden! Ihr Spiel macht also keinen Sinn.

Dear Paradox team, you are ruining your own game. When will the problem with saving finally be solved? Map sizes larger than 16MB cannot be saved! So your game makes no sense.

This particular save game worked fine for me until last night, when it crashed and it crashes every time since then. This is what displays in the log file:
