The area where this message is shown is where deployed contracts are listed. This is simply stating that you haven’t yet deployed a contract.
In the contracts drop down, I see you do not have a contract selected. You’ll need to select a compiled contract to deploy. If there aren’t any, its because you haven’t yet compiled one. You’ll need to select a .sol file in the compiler panel, and run the compiler. Once complete, you should see the compiled contract in the drop down.
Once you hit deploy, assuming the selected contract deploys successfully, you’ll see the contract listed here.

In section «1. approve», approve the LP token for the router by entering
- spender (address): enter the contract address of the LP token you’re trying to interact with
- value (uint256): -1
- Switch to Read Contract.
- In 5. balanceOf, input your wallet address and hit Query.
- Keep track of the number that’s exported. It shows your balance within the LP in the uint256 format, which you’ll need in the next step.
Add or Remove Liquidity
- Select Write Contract and Connect to Web3 as above.
- Find addLiquidity or removeLiquidity (whichever one you’re trying to do)
- Enter the token addresses of both of the tokens in the LP.
- In liquidity (uint256), enter the uint256 number which you got from «balanceOf» above.
- Set a low amountAMin or amountBMin: try 1 for both.
- Add your wallet address in to (address).
- Deadline must be an epoch time greater than the time the tx is executed.
This can cause very high slippage, and can cause the user to lose some funds if frontrun
The transaction cannot succeed due to error: PancakeRouter: EXPIRED. This is probably an issue with one of the tokens you are swapping.
Try again, but confirm (sign and broadcast) the transaction as soon as you generate it.
This happened because you started making a transaction, but you didn’t sign and broadcast it until it was past the deadline. That means you didn’t hit «Confirm» quickly enough.

Caused by the design of Restorative Rebase tokens like tDoge or tBTC.
Understand how restorative rebase tokens work.
Another possible cause of this issue is the malicious token issuer just suspended the trading for their token. Or they made selling action only possible for selected wallet addresses. Please always do your own research to avoid any potential fraud. If the token you are trying to swap but failed with this error code is coming from an airdrop, that is most likely a scam. Please do not perform any token approval or follow any links, your fund may be at risk if you try to do so.

Try trading a smaller amount, or increase slippage tolerance via the settings icon and try again. This is caused by low liquidity.

If you got this error while removing liquidity from a BNB pair:
Please select «Receive WBNB» and retry.
If you got this error while trying to swap:
Please contact the project team of the token you’re trying to swap. **** This issue must be resolved by the project team.
This issue (while swapping) is caused by tokens which have hard-coded the V1 PancakeSwap router into their contract.
While this practice is ill-advised at best, the reason for these projects having done this appears to be due to their tokenomics, in which each purchase sends a % of the token to LPs.
The projects affected will likely not work with the V2 router: they will most likely need to create new versions of their tokens pointing to our new router address, and migrate any existing token holders to their new token.
We recommend that any projects which created such tokens should also make efforts to prevent their users from adding them to V2 LP.

Issues with Syrup Pools
BEP20: burn amount exceeds balance
Fail with error ‘BEP20: burn amount exceeds balance’
You don’t have enough SYRUP in your wallet to unstake from the CAKE-CAKE pool.
Get at least as much SYRUP as the amount of CAKE that you’re trying to unstake.
- Buy SYRUP on the exchange. If you want to unstake 100 CAKE, you need at least 100 SYRUP.
- Try unstaking again.
If that still fails, you can perform an “emergencyWithdraw” from the contract directly to unstake your staked tokens.
- Go to: https://bscscan.com/address/0x73feaa1eE314F8c655E354234017bE2193C9E24E#writeContract
- Click “Connect to Web3” and connect your wallet.
- In section “4. emergencyWithdraw”, enter «0» and click “Write”.
This will unstake your staked tokens and lose any uncollected CAKE yield.
This will lose any yield that you haven’t harvested yet.
To stop this happening again, don’t sell your SYRUP. You still need it to unstake from the “Stake CAKE Earn CAKE” pool.
This error has happened because you have sold or transferred SYRUP tokens. SYRUP is minted in a 1:1 ratio to CAKE when you stake in the CAKE-CAKE Syrup Pool. SYRUP must be burned at a 1:1 ratio to CAKE when calling leaveStaking (unstaking your CAKE from the pool), so if you don’t have enough, you can’t unstake from the pool.
Out of Gas error
Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [out of gas]
You have set a low gas limit when trying to make a transaction.
Try manually increasing the gas limit (not gas price!) in your wallet before signing the transaction.
A limit of 200000 is usually enough.
The above example is from Metamask; check your wallet’s documentation if you aren’t sure how to adjust the gas limit.
Basically, your wallet (Metamask, Trust Wallet, etc.) can’t finish what it’s trying to do.
Your wallet estimates that the gas limit is too low, so the function call runs out of gas before the function call is finished.
BEP20: transfer amount exceeds allowance
Fail with error ‘BEP20: transfer amount exceeds allowance’
- Use Unrekt.net to revoke approval for the smart contract you’re trying to interact with
- Approve the contract again, without setting a limit on spend allowance
- Try interacting with the contract again.
This happens when you set a limit on your spend allowance when you first approved the contract, then try to swap more than the limit.
BEP20: transfer amount exceeds balance
Fail with error ‘BEP20: transfer amount exceeds balance’
You’re probably trying to unstake from a Syrup Pool with low rewards in it. Solution below.
If not, you may be trying to send tokens that you don’t have in your wallet (for example, trying to send a token that is already assigned to a pending transaction). In this case, just make sure you have the tokens you’re trying to use.
Firstly, let the team know which pool you’re trying to unstake from, so they can top up the rewards. If you’re in a hurry to unstake and you don’t mind losing your pending yield, try an emergencyWithdraw:
You can perform an “emergencyWithdraw” from the contract directly to unstake your staked tokens.
- Find the contract address of the Syrup Pool you’re trying to unstake from. You can find it in your wallet’s transaction log.
- Go to https://bscscan.com/ and in the search bar, enter the contract address.
- Select Write Contract.
- Click “Connect to Web3” and connect your wallet.
- In section “3. emergencyWithdraw”, and click “Write”.
This will unstake your staked tokens and lose any uncollected yield.
This will lose any yield that you haven’t harvested yet.
This error tends to appear when you’re trying to unstake from an old Syrup Pool, but there aren’t enough rewards in the pool left for you to harvest when withdrawing. This causes the transaction to fail.

Issues buying SAFEMOON and similar tokens
To trade SAFEMOON, you must click on the settings icon and set your slippage tolerance to 12% or more.
This is because SafeMoon taxes a 10% fee on each transaction:
- 5% fee = redistributed to all existing holders
- 5% fee = used to add liquidity
This is also why you might not receive as much of the token as you expect when you purchase.

Happens when trying to remove liquidity on some tokens via Metamask. Root cause is still unknown. Try using an alternative wallet.
You don’t have enough BNB to pay for the transaction fees. You need more BEP-20 network BNB in your wallet.
Increase the gas limit for the transaction in your wallet. Check your wallet’s documentation to learn how to increase gas limit.
Cause unclear. Try these steps before trying again:
- Increase gas limit
- Increase slippage

«The transaction cannot succeed due to error: PancakeRouter: INSUFFICIENT_OUTPUT_AMOUNT. This is probably an issue with one of the tokens you are swapping.»
Transaction cannot succeed —
«The transaction cannot succeed due to error: UniswapV2Router: EXPIRED. This is probably an issue with one of the tokens you are swapping.»
«The transaction cannot succeed due to error: TransferHelper: TRANSFER_FROM_FAILED. This is probably an issue with one of the tokens you are swapping.»
«slippage tolerance».
INSUFFICIENT OUTPUT AMOUNT?
Slippage:
«Your transaction may be frontrun.»
Pancake Swap?
«INSUFFICIENT_OUTPUT_AMOUNT , INSUFFICIENT_A_AMOUNT, INSUFFICIENT_B_AMOUNTиPancakeRouter: EXPIRED»

Currently no contracts available…
I’ve been playing for about 130 hours on the current save game and I keep running into the same problem that I’ve had on my previous save games. It’s mid-day and I’m standing around with nothing to do. There are however plenty of jobs to do there just are no contracts for them. So, I enjoy listening to the birds. Or if I’m impatient I’ll quit and restart the game, but this only works to a certain degree. Can someone please explain the issuance of contracts for me? I am not sure if I am experiencing a game malfunction or if this is the way it is meant to be played.
I have installed Multiple Missions from the in-game Mod menu, and it hasn’t solved the problem although I can now take multiple contracts which makes the game more realistic.
I also have installed Seasons which may have affected contracts in some way. Also, Guidance Steering. I’m hoping this info helps

If you’re playing on a mod map, it’s likely the author of the map does not have the missions set up for the map.
While seasons does slightly change missions, it doesn’t remove them, rather, they get spread out throughout the year so that even during your down time you should still have something to do.
If you’ve been doing missions then it’s likely that you’ve just done all that is available at that time.

Im playing seasons and it seems I have to wait until next day to get more contracts, but would be interesting to know if they may come another time and if it matters how many you have already completed or cancelled. Dont want to leave missions I dont want to do in list if it stops others from appearing.
Also, on Greenwich Valley map I seem to get missions on the same fields. If I buy any of those will I start getting contract on another or will I loose out on missions?

Greenwhich Valley had issues with field boundaries, the only reason there are hardly any missions.
There are some missions, on some straight field, but the irregular shaped fields do not have the correct field boundaries and therefore no missions.

A lot of maps claim to have transportation missions (Greenwich included) but a quick check in both Giants Editor and the config file that is provided proves that to be otherwise.
There seems to be a belief that simply copying the transportation mission config file from either Ravenport or Felsbrunn will allow transport missions to take place, but in actual fact there needs to be nodes created in the map and then referenced and set up correctly in the config file. A quick check of Ravenport or Felsbrunn in the Giants Editor shows how this is done.
The new Charwell map is another example of this, where the map author has created the nodes but not configured this properly in the config file.
For Greenwich I simply created a few points in the map and then set up a config file so I could do transport missions on that map. However to fix the field definitions on that map would be a lot of work and I don’t do that many contracts so I left that bit!

As said it depends on the Map. Also try saving and reloading- that’ll «spawn» some missions.

I’ve not downloaded and looked at Charwell yet myself, but I wonder if that has the same issue as the Author’s last map This is Ireland, where there are few contracts on fields, because it suffers the same problem as Greenwich Valley and a few other maps released on the ModHub that the Author’s haven’t setup the correct field definitions for all the irregular shaped fields and have just skipped them completely because placing all the parallelograms needed to define those fields takes a lot of time and patience.

test test Asks: «Currently you have no contract instances to interact with.»
I have deployed a smart contract with Remix Ethereum IDE and it shows me this message. The problem is that I wanted to see the options to change some things and I can’t figure out how to get the access back. At the time of deployment, I was on the same metamask address.
Thank for your help.

sdbbs Asks: How to restart the Remote Desktop service on Windows 10, in case of error 1053?
I’ve been having a problem with restarting Windows Remote Desktop service on Windows 10 — in particular, the restart process hangs when the Remote Desktop service tries to stop.
More specifically: after boot, I can open services.msc
, and right-click «Remote Desktop Services» there, and click «Restart» — and it (along with «Remote Desktop Services UserMode Port Redirector») does restart (meaning it stops, then starts again).
Then, I establish a Remote Desktop session to the Windows 10 computer, everything works fine for couple of hours, and then for whatever reason, the server disconnects me from the session — and it is impossible to log in to the Windows 10 machine over Remote Desktop afterwards.
Going back to the Windows 10 machine after it has disconnected me from my RDP session, I try to again restart via services.msc
, and right-click «Remote Desktop Services» there, and click «Restart» — however this time it hangs on the «stopping» part, and eventually (after a minute or so) it fails with:
Services
Windows could not start the Remote Desktop Services on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
And then one cannot retry the «Restart» of «Remote Desktop Services» after that, as it is greyed out, and the service remains stuck with «stopping» status.
What can I do to recover «Remote Desktop Services» at this point?

OyoSoft Asks: Windows 11 Installer not showing my USB
I’m new to StackExchange, and I really need your help. Currently, I am attempting to run Windows 11 Home/Pro from a USB, on an intel based MacBook Air 2017. I managed to get the installer running on it from a different USB, and I can bypass all the windows 11 TPM, SecureBoot and RAM requirements by editing the registry, but when It prompts me to choose which volume to install windows on, my 128 GB VITAL USB-3.0 flash drive doesn’t show up. Only my internal SSD, and the volume from which the installer was running from (EFI) shows. I tried numerous times to format the 128GB USB as NTFS, FAT, and both GUID and MBR. I know my USB ports are working, because I plugged in my 1TB hard drive (which had a copy of macOS Monterey on it), and my 1TB volume showed up. I don’t want to format my internal SSD, or format my 1TB hard drive. Is there any way to get my USB’s to show? (An IMPORTANT note, I already tried with other numerous 32GB USB’s and they don’t show up either. PLUS I DIDN’T USE THE INSTALLATION MEDIA AS THE TARGET DRIVE.)
Thanks.

Conrad Asks: Is it possible to save a custom audio device setup in MS Teams?
In Microsoft Teams (primarily used on Windows but Mac as well), I often switch between 2 audio setups: my Jabra headset, and my desktop speakers + webcam mic. In Teams, I can easily select the headset, in the Audio Devices dropdown menu (Device Settings->Audio Settings->Audio devices), but if I want to switch to the other config, I have to manually select the Speaker and Microphone. Is there a way to save my custom config as a new Audio Device, so I don’t have to manually select each time?

pcapademic Asks: How do I share printer from ubuntu 9.10 to windows, to Mac OS X, and to other Ubuntu hosts?
I have a printer installed on an Ubuntu 9.10 desktop, and I wish to share the printer to a windows machine, a Mac OS X machine, and to some other Ubuntu hosts over the network. Two related questions come to mind:
- How do you share a printer from an Ubuntu host to other hosts?
-
Is it better to use different methods of sharing for each type of client vs. trying to get all the clients to talk, for example, SMB, to the printer?
- The primary concern is quality of print results and reliability of printing. I had some problems printing from Mac and Ubuntu clients when the printer was attached to a Win XP desktop
