Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise : no problem at all

Windows 10 64 bit Enterprise : problematic

Device : Dell 5110 / i7 2670QM HM65 chipset/ Intel Centrino Wireless-n 1030 chipset wifi+bluetooth 

All drivers are up to date (windows auto update+on device manager manual update+using driver update tools)

There isn’t any error at all in Device Manager before adding/pairing bluetooth devices 

Problem :

On Bluetooth Menu ,  Windows 10 see the Mouse as usual, click on «Pair device» , and pair is successful, i can see the driver/device install on new small installation window menu and also in Device Manager.

Also i analyze the C:WindowsINF folder log files for device installation errors,cannot see any error all installations end with SUCCESS.

Below results are based on several tests(pair device,see problem,remove device,reboot pc,pair device again) 

After pairing, in seconds i see the below outputs , on all below scenarios , mouse is not working

Results :

1.On Bluetooth Menu : «driver error» OR sometimes it says «Connected» and not any error (mouse not working)

2.Device Manager :

2a  sometimes everything seems to be fine on device manager, no alert on any device (mouse not working)

2b  sometimes there is an alert in HID Human Interface devices  (there isn’t any error any time in Bluetooth Radiosdevices)

      HID error-1 :sometimes it says Code 10 — device not found

      HID error-2 :sometimes it says IRQ Address conflict

Windows 10 Issue with Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse Detected But Not Working Solution (?)

I just bought this mouse and at first it worked til it didn’t.

Scoured the internet for a solution and didn’t find anything helpful.

Came here and someone said, a year ago, that the only solution is Windows reinstall.

Here’s what I did and I hope it works for you too:

Uninstall your blutooth driver at Device Manager.

Shut down your computer. No restart.

The driver will install itself at reboot.

Remove mouse from Blutooth and other devices (or whatever it’s called.)

Add new device.

Your mouse should work now.

I hope this helps someone out there.

Sometimes I can be idle for a to stop while using it. Other times it seems always plugged in. My laptop is other times it doesn’t do it for quite some time. When I click on «Show Bluetooth Devices» with my touchpad it immediately starts working again.

Sometimes it does it often, every few minutes, and randomly stops working.

This mouse really long time and it still works.

It happened in Windows 7 and Windows 10 while using the VM be causing this? It works fine when the thumb drive to get it to work again. It doesn’t  happen everyday only once My wired mouse randomly stops working while using my personal desktop.

Any idea what could using a virtual machine in a thumb drive. I am not able to swap it out Logitech brand and tried all the other USB ports and still have the same problem.
