Nintendo switch код ошибки 2016 0247

An error code is received when trying to download software to the microSD card on Nintendo Switch.

It is possible that the microSD card worked on the console before, but now an error code is displayed.

Additional Information:

If a microSD card is inserted on the console, the save location will default to the microSD card when downloading or redownloading software.

What to Do:

  1. Power off the console and remove the microSD card.

  2. Verify that the microSD card is compatible with Nintendo Switch.

    • If the microSD card is not supported, replacing it with a supported type may resolve the problem.

The following types of microSD cards are supported on Nintendo Switch:

    • microSD (up to 2 GB)

    • microSDHC (4 GB — 32 GB)

    • microSDXC (64 GB and above)

In order to use a microSDXC card on the Nintendo Switch console, a system update is required.

In order to improve your gameplay experience, using a microSD card with a higher transfer speed is recommended.

      High-speed microSD card guidelines:

    • UHS-I (Ultra High Speed Phase I) compatible

    • Transfer speed 60 — 95 MB/sec (the higher the transfer speed, the better gameplay experience on Nintendo Switch)

  3. Reinsert the microSD card and perform a system update.

    • The system menu version may not necessarily change after this update.

  4. If the microSD card cannot be read on Nintendo Switch, try the following:

    • Format the microSD card.

      • Once formatted, the information on the microSD card cannot be recovered. If screenshots or videos are stored on the microSD card, be sure to first back up the information on a computer.

      • If downloadable software was saved to the microSD card, it can be redownloaded using the same Nintendo Account where it was purchased.

    • Use a different microSD card.

    • Remove the microSD card and download directly to the system memory.

Situation Not Resolved:

If the error persists with multiple microSD cards, then the Nintendo Switch console will need to be repaired.

  • For testing purposes, be sure to include one or more of the problematic microSD cards that were being used with the console.

If the error persists and a microSD card is not being used, then the Nintendo Switch console will need to be repaired.

Hi everybody, I’m at a loss here. I know there are a handful of posts with this topic, but I have yet to encounter a solution for this one specifically. I just purchased a new microSD card to upgrade my current 64 GB Sandisk Ultra. I purchased a 128GB Sandisk Ultra Plus for a great price from Best Buy, and followed the steps on the Nintendo support website.

Upon putting my new SD card into the Switch I received Error Code 2016-0247: «The MicroSD card cannot be read by the system.» Please reinsert the MicroSD card. If problem persists, please Format the microSD card.» So, of course, powered off, reinserted the card, and powered back on to the same error code. So, I initialized the card on the Switch, booted down, and rebooted. The card was then recognized, but of course my personal data was not on it. I then did the same process of copying my Nintendo folder from my computer to the MicroSD, popped the MicroSD back in and got the same error. My 64 GB card works just fine, but when transferring the «Nintendo» folder to the fresh, Nintendo Switch formatted MicroSD card I continue to get this error. Is this type of card incompatible? On the Nintendo Support Page it lists that my card is compatible (SDXC UHS-1).

Any thoughts, solutions, or should I just return it?
