My system is Arch Linux with KDE, and I installed UE 4.18.3.
After installing it, I could create both Blueprint and C++ projects. I created a C++ project and build the plugin as said in the wiki. Then I changed the settings of Source Code Accessor, as said in the setup page. However, when I restarted the editor, the compile button was not there, and I couldn’t open the C++ classes, so I deleted that project and I tried to create another C++ project.
I expected to be able to created a project, but I was greeted by a No compiler was found. In order to use a C++ template, you must first install NullSourceCodeAccessor. Download NullSourceCodeAccessor. Download NullSourceCodeAccessor is a link that redirects me to the wikipedia page of IDEs.
I’ve tried reinstalling UE4 and CLion, but that message doesn’t go away.
Now I cannot create a C++ project.

При установке Unreal Engine появляется ошибка, связанная с Visual Studio 2019 (4.25 or Later VS 2019 Default, 4.22 or Later VS 2017/VS 2019):
No compiler was found. In order to use a C++ template, you must first install Visual Studio 2019.
А также при попытке установке Visual Studio 2019 появляется ошибка:
Прекращена работа программы visual studio installer
Сигнатура проблемы:
Имя события проблемы: APPCRASH
Имя приложения: vs_setup_bootstrapper.exe
Версия приложения: 2.9.3365.38425
Имя модуля с ошибкой: KERNELBASE.dll
Версия модуля с ошибкой: 6.1.7601.24499 и т.д.
Сначала пробуем полностью обновить операционную систему Windows Панель управления -> Центр обновления Windows.
Если в результате произошла ошибка при обновлении следующего характера:
Произошла ошибка при поиске новых обновлений код 80072efe
То необходимо скачать агент Windows, ссылка на скачивания указана в комментариях.
Если не помогло, то полностью,
Удаляем старые версии Visual Studio, например,
C:ProgramDataMicrosoft Visual Studio
C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 8
C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0
Если ошибка не устранилась,пробуем остановить службу winmgmt через cmd от имени администратора
net stop winmgmt
winmgmt /resetRepository
В конечном результате должна появится установка — Visual Studio Installer 2019

After macOS Monterey v12.3 and Xcode v13.3 update, I got an error while creating new C++ template project for Unreal Engine 4.27;
No compiler was found. In order to use a C++ template, you must first install Xcode.
To fix this error, I ran the command ‘xcode-select –install’ in Terminal app, and it started installing ‘Command Line Tool’. After installing the tool, it resolved the problem.
For the record, before installing ‘Command Line Tool’, ‘xcode-select -p’ was directing to the right location which is ‘/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer’.
