Quartus usb blaster ошибка при попытке добавить драйвер

Если вы корректно установили драйверы для программатора USB Blaster, а он всё равно не видится из среды Quartus II и выдаёт что-то такое:

Или Quartus выдаёт ошибку с кодом 82:

Вероятнее всего, что проблема в сервере JTAG. Бывает, что его блокирует антивирус или фаервол. В таком случае, если файл jtagserver.exe не находится в директории quartusbin и quartusbin64, то следует его восстановить из вирусного хранилища и добавить в список исключений. Если же файл присутствует в указанных директориях, то следует отключить антивирус и фаервол, в затем запустить файл с параметром:
jtagserver.exe --install.

После этого USB Blaster должен появиться в списке оборудования (Hardware).

Нашел решение проблемы. Теперь ответ как бы самому себе, а может еще кому пригодится:

— в Windows-XP, выбрать путь «Пуск»->«Настройка»->«Панель управления».

— в окне «Панель управления» выбрать строку «Производительность и обслуживание», в окне которого выбирается иконка с «Система»;

— в окошке «Свойства системы» выбрать закладку «Оборудование», далее клик по кнопке «Диспетчер устройств».

— в окне «Диспетчер устройств» выбрать и раскрыть строку « Контроллеры универсальной последовательной шины», затем выбрать и кликнуть «Altera USB-Blaster»

— в появившемся окне «Свойства: Altera USB-Blaster» проверить работоспособность USB-Blaster в закладке «Общие».

— в окне «Свойства: Altera USB-Blaster» выбрать закладку «Драйвер» и кликнуть по кнопке «Обновить…»

— в появившемся окне «Мастер обновления оборудования» установить опцию «Нет, не в этот раз», затем кликнуть «Далее». В следующем окне задать опцию «Не выполнять поиск. Я сам выберу нужный драйвер» и кликнуть «Далее». В следующем окне кликнуть по кнопке «Установить с диска…», затем задать путь: C:altera71quartusdriversusb-blasterx32, затем клик «ОК». В следующем окне с сообщением «Выберите драйвер, который следует установить для этого устройства», ликнуть «Далее».

— в появившемся окне «Установка оборудования» с предупреждением об отсутствии тестирования на совместимость с Windows XP, кликнуть по кнопке «Все равно продолжить».

— появится завершающее окно с сообщением «Мастер завершил установку программ для Altera USB-Blaster», кликнуть «Готово». Далее закрыть все связанные с установкой окна.

Все это можно делать не выходя из QuartusII.

Could you try the sequence below?

1 — Go to windows 10 settings and search for «advanced startup options» 

2 — Under Advanced startup, hit «Restart now» 

3 — After a moment, you’ll get a «choose an option» screen — choose «Troubleshoot», then «Advanced options», then «Startup Settings» 

4 — You’ll get a screen telling you what you will be able to change and a single «Restart» button — press it.

5 — If your boot drive is BitLocker encrypted, you’ll need to enter the recovery key (press return, enter the key in the text box then hit return again — it took me three goes to realize I had to hit return before I could enter they key !) 

6 — You’ll be given a menu of options, number 7 disables driver signature enforcement 

7 — When the PC restarts, use Device manager to update the drivers — this time you’ll get a warning about the signature, but they install fine. 

8 — When you’ve finished, restart normally to re-enable signature enforcement

I just encountered this problem on Windows 11 64-bit. I ran the command «C:intelFPGA_lite22.1stdquartusbin64>quartus_pgm.exe -l», which should list available programmers, and it said «No JTAG hardware available». I tried solutions listed here. None worked. The registry key suggested isn’t there on W11 either.

But this worked for me, following the W10 guide:

Let me write it as well, in case the wiki is removed:

Plug the USB-Blaster into your PC.

Open the Device and Printers (Control Panel | Devices and Printers).

Under Unspecified, USB Blaster should be listed. Right mouse click on this and then select Properties.

Select the Hardware tab and select Properties. A new window should pop up with the General tab already selected. Select Change Settings. Again a new window should pop up with the General tab already selected. Select Update. Select

Browse my computer for driver software.

Find quartusdrivers (Note 1: Your altera file is located at the location you selected when you first installed quartus. The location listed in this document is the default location) (Note 2: Stop at the drivers folder, i.e., do NOT go deeper by opening a folder within the drivers folder. This is important.) Select OK.

Make sure the proper path was selected then select Next. If the Windows security window pops up Check the Always trust software from “Altera Corporation”box and select Install.

I don’t think I had to restart, but you might have to. Try running C:intelFPGA_lite22.1stdquartusbin64>quartus_pgm.exe -l again, and see if the device is listed. It was for me «1) USB-Blaster [USB-0]».
