Needing some help here, there’s a game I wanted to buy but the error code would always pop up! Everything is pretty normal untill I used my saved card to pay and a page would pop up with the following message:

This credit card cannot be used.

About the card:

• This card has bought many games previously, it worked.

• This card has enough money, and I recently used it to pay for the microtransaction in a mobile game, so the card itself has no problem.

• Called my card issuer, they checked n said there was no problem on their end.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Tried to buy the game via Chrome, Internet explorer, Edge, and Switch itself, all to no avail.

• Tried to buy on 5 different days, none of the days worked.

• Tried changing the store region to several places, all displayed the same error code.

• Tried changing cards, none if the cards work regardless of being credit or debit, master card or visa.

Is there any thing I can do? My last resort is probably making a new account to buy (heard that helps). But seriously, what happened?
