Для выхода из сервисного режима можно дважды нажать кнопку [Сброс] или просто выключить и включить аппарат.

При выходе в режим останова (после выполнения определенного количества копий) мигают все три индикатора, на нажатие кнопок аппарат не реагирует.

Z 20, 21, 25, 26 Xerox 5305 Xerox XC-520	Для сброса нужно выключить аппарат, затем : Удерживая нажатой кнопку [Экспозиция] (темнее, светлее), включить аппарат. Кнопку [Экспозиция] держите нажатой секунд 10, пока не загорятся все индикаторы, кроме Ready Отпустить секунд на 10 кнопку [Экспозиция] Повторно нажать кнопку [Экспозиция] и удерживать около 10 секунд (для XC-520 – дождаться, пока погаснут красные индикаторы) Отпустить кнопку и дать аппарату постоять около 1 минуты Выключить и снова включить аппарат Режим останова будет сброшен и копир выйдет в нормальный рабочий режим.
Sharp Z 30 Xerox 5220	На передней крышке этих аппаратов, ближе к левому краю, установлена декоративная заглушка. Под заглушкой будет видна главная процессорная плата. На процессорной плате установлены две перемычки, промаркированные как JP2 и JP3. Для сброса режима останова необходимо : Выключить копир и снять декоративную заглушку Замкнуть проволочной перемычкой JP2 и JP3 Включить копировальный аппарат. На индикаторе количества копий будет индицироваться мигающий «0» Разомкнуть проволочную перемычку Выключить копир и включить его снова Режим останова будет сброшен и копир выйдет в нормальный рабочий режим. После этого желательно проверить содержимое счетчика копий. Для этого нажать и удерживать кнопку [Сброс]; на индикаторе должно последовательно высветиться пять «0». Если содержимое счетчика будет другим, нужно повторить процедуру.
Sharp Z 50, Z 52. Xerox 5009, 5310	За блоком барабана есть механический счетчик, из него вверх торчит рычажок. Достаточно нажать на него пальцем, чтобы сбросить счетчик.

Добрый день. После замены картриджа на аппарате появилась ошибка-мигает CH. Судя по ошибке, это аппарат не увидел картридж. Код сброса не могу найти. Пробовали несколько разных картриджей в том числе оригинальный новый-аппарат его не видит. Подскажите, в чем может быть проблема или код сброса на данную машину?

крышку не закрыл

мигает и горит постоянно- разные проблемы. В одном- не закрыта крышка, во втором- не видит чип на картридже. Когда какая проблема- точнее подскажет юзермануал

(2)Вот-вот, а ещё мигающая СН — не установлен блок проявки: проверьте там девелопер (иногда вылезает ТАКИМ образом) и крепление блока в корпус (винт). Ну,+чип. Ошибка данная не сбрасывается — просто лечится устранением одной из неисправностей выше перечисленных. Кстати. чип может и быть, но не того региона (в основном касается «леваков»)

(3) а при «левом» чипе разве не будет F02- сколько-то еще?

(4) Зависит от «левизны» чипа. Иногда и оригинальный чип может так сгореть.

Проблема, по юзергиду, в том, что аппарат не видит чип. Физически место крепления в порядке, чип новый (вставлен новый картридж) он тоже не видит. Есть конкретные предложения, что с аппаратом делать? Покупать новые чипы, вставлять в старый картридж и пробовать?

Неисправности

О прошивках

Большинство современной аппаратуры представляет из себя подобие программно-аппаратного комплекса. То есть, основной процессор управляет другими устройствами по программе, которая может находиться как в самом чипе процессора, так и в отдельных микросхемах памяти.

Marking (маркировка) — обозначение на электронных компонентах

Современная элементная база стремится к миниатюрным размерам. Места на корпусе для нанесения маркировки не хватает. Поэтому, производители их маркируют СМД-кодами.

Package (корпус) — вид корпуса электронного компонента

При создании запросов в определении точного названия (партномера) компонента, необходимо указывать не только его маркировку, но и тип корпуса. Наиболее распостранены:

• DIP (Dual In Package) – корпус с двухрядным расположением контактов для монтажа в отверстия
• SOT-89 — пластковый корпус для поверхностного монтажа
• SOT-23 — миниатюрный пластиковый корпус для поверхностного монтажа
• TO-220 — тип корпуса для монтажа (пайки) в отверстия
• SOP (SOIC, SO) — миниатюрные корпуса для поверхностного монтажа (SMD)
• TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) – тонкий корпус с уменьшенным расстоянием между выводами
• BGA (Ball Grid Array) — корпус для монтажа выводов на шарики из припоя
