Наутилус 7600 ошибка b9015

7600 NEW не может принять купюру. B9015

Доброго дня , Товарищи!
Уже неделю пытаемся побороть МПН на 7600 . А точнее бандл, он нового образца с прозрачной крышкой.
В общем , инициализацию проходит отлично. Но, при попытке протестировать на внесение происходит следующее: бандл захватывает купюру, пытается ее отправить дальше в первый транспорт, в итоге это не получается и бандл выплевывает купюру обратно с ошибкой B9015 (failed to make a retry during separation; reset device after checking bundle) . Причем, это происходит как с пачкой купюр, так и с 1 купюрой.
Пробовали менять Бандл(уже штуки три заменили), меняли первый транспорт, на всякий даже пробовали заменить контроллер БНА . Проблема никуда не уходит.
В утилите BNA test module пробую каждый мотор по отдельности крутить — все нормально крутится.
Куда дальше копать?
