THERE WAS A PROBLEM PROCESSING GAME LOGIC. PLEASE TRY AGAIN

С обновлением 7 сезона и после вступления в клуб, возникла такая проблема. При заходе в апекс, когда нажимаю продолжить начинается загрузка, потом выкидывает обратно и пишет такую ошибку: There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. и какие-то коды. Когда закрываю эту ошибку, нажав OK, кнопка »ПРОДОЛЖИТЬ» не активна и не нажимается, приходится перезаходить и всё по новой. Один раз получилось зайти, написали что исключили из клана и всё работало, закрыл игру, захожу заново и опять та же самая ошибка. Пробовал переустанавливать, проверять кеш, восстанавливать, заходил и через steam и через origin. Ничего не меняется, второй день уже хочу поиграть и не могу(( Помогите пожалуйста!!!

Не далее как сегодня довелось персонально познакомиться с пресловутой «game logic error» в Apex Legends. Не очень и хотелось, но, пользуясь случаем, пришлось поинтересоваться, что за error такая, и как с нею бороться.

И, как выяснилось, с некоторых пор данная проблема обрела некоторую популярность. Уже с неделю публика на неё жалуется в значительно усилившемся режиме.

Для тех же наших читателей, кто еще не совсем в курсе, сделаем краткое пояснение. В данном случае речь идет о об ошибке, которая имеет длинное название вроде: «ERROR There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again ———- mp/sh_comms_menu.nut#1121 [CLIENT]Index 6«.

Впервые о ней мы узнали примерно с месяц назад. Но, честно говоря, не особо вникали в суть проблемы, хотя уже тогда на официальном форуме игры у неё уже был отдельный тред.

А надо было повникать. Ошибка оказалась весьма упорной. Благодаря чему саппорт Respawn активно и пока безуспешно пытается её устранить, а упомянутый тред на форуме заметно так подрос и перманентно дополняется новыми жалобами.

Итак,..

ошибка «Game Logic Error» в Apex Legends: как устранять?

Из всего прочитанного и просмотренного на данный момент удалось понять только одно: в Respawn  уверены, что:

• Game Logic Error возникает пока только в ПК-версии Apex Legends и…

• чаще всего эта ошибка возникает у игроков, которые играют с мышью Razer Naga (как раз такую и подключили давеча к рабочему компу) и какие-то игровые команды назначили на дополнительные кнопки «4» и «7» (но команды пока никакие не назначали).

Следовательно, если игра начала выдавать Game Logic Error с некоторой неприятной регулярностью, и проблема нормально играть не дает, то саппорт Respawn рекомендует на время вместо Razer Naga выбрать любую другую подходящую мышь (можно даже закинуть на форум EA свой crash dump файл, если есть желание — линк выше).

Ну и кроме того, в данном случае не лишними будут и стандартные меры, а именно:

• перезапустить игру или перезагрузить комп/консоль;
• проверить версию Apex и доставить обнову, если она уже вышла;
• почисить кэш игры (удалить сохраненные данные).

What is the Game Logic Error in Apex Legends?

It is an error that a lot of PC and console players are experiencing. Which is a good thing as it is not exclusive to a particular platform. The error is basically from the games’ side and your systems are not to blame here. Here is what the error said for me:

There was a problem processing game logic.
Please try again.

does not exist

[Note: the bottom portion of the error might show different error messages for different users]

When this error takes place, it completely freezes the screen when you are in-game. if you are on PC then your mouse and keyboard might stop responding and if you are on a console then your controller might stop responding. You might even crash at times.

This is actually a huge problem for people who play the ranked mode. After joining ranked match if players leave the game then they would have to have a face penalty which normally is a cooldown. And that is something nobody wants to see.

The funny thing is this error has been around since the launch of Apex Legends. The developers have fixed it many times but somehow it finds its way back in the game again and again. And you will see a ton of posts on this on the official EA forums.

How to fix the Game Logic error

If you look at the error message I have shown above, the fourth line says “sh_challenges.gnut #2964”. After getting the error message when I restarted the game again, I realized that my daily challenges got a reset. Which made things very clear, my game crashed because my Daily Challenges reset while I was in-game. So a simple fix to the exact error given above would be just a quick restart.

Now there are other versions of the Game Logic error as well. Two of the those are:

• mp/sh_gladiator_cards.nut #2900
• mp/sh_comms_menu.nut #1121

These errors require you to do some work. But don’t worry as the fix is quite easy and has actually worked for a lot of people. Here is a reddit post addressing this issue.

All you have to do is repair your game. Here is how to do it:

• Launch Origin
• Click on My Game Library
• Select Apex Legends
• Click on the Settings icon
• Select Repair

The total process should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your hardware. Once everything is done, just restart you PC.

Log in to another Apex Legends account

If you have a spare account then you can try this solution and see if the error message persists. Otherwise, you can create another Apex Legends account to switch to before logging back into your main one.

Delete your Apex Legends data

If none of these solutions have been successful then you may need to delete your Apex Legends data on your platform. The methods for getting this done vary from platform to platform.

3. Open System Storage

3. Highlight Apex Legends and press the Menu button

This problem has been known even back in 2021, but recently players have been complaining especially after the February update. It can be connected with weird issues and strange ways of fixing them, but let’s get to it.

The problems that come with this error are mostly connected with controllers or account settings.

Gaming Mouse

If you are using a Razer Naga Mouse and are experiencing these issues, make sure to do a change. It feels awkward to say that this might be a problem, but if you do have a mouse like this, make sure to unplug it or just completely change it.

Consoles

Restore the Console and its controllers from the power menu. Do a full restart on them as well as on the machines that you play on. While in-game click on  ⃤ or ◯while the error shows and go to your Dashboard and close the Apex Season game and restart it.

Delete Games Saves Data

Very important – DO NOT DELETE the game! Just the Games Saves Data in storage and it will act as if you did a clear cache option. Make sure to save all the options and settings from in-game as everything will be going to change. If that doesn’t help too, well then try reinstalling the game from scratch as this might help.

Try Using A Different Account

The main account that you are playing as and keep getting this issue, well put it on the side for a bit. If you don’t have another account, just go ahead and create one. Use this new or different account and play a couple of games with it. Try going back to your main after doing this. This has helped a lot of players on Reddit.

If nothing helped so far, make sure to save the Crash Dump file and contact EA’s Staff Support. You can also post on their forums and they might try to help you resolve this issue. It might help a lot because this issue can be connected to their servers.
