Добрый день! Обращаюсь за помощью везде, где только могу. У меня консоль выдает ошибку CE-41839-5 при запуске разных игр. Пока у меня их только две: Anthem и Bloodeborne, но ни в одну не могу поиграть. При чем неважно, цифровая или физическая копия. Все эти восстановления лицензий, сброс и даже инициацию – я делал. Может есть что-то, что я упускаю из виду?

Здравствуйте! Варианта 2: поврежден жесткий диск и вам потребуется его замена или поломка внутри консоли. Похоже, что придется обратиться в сервисный центр за помощью. Не удалось найти хоть одного упоминания, что системный метод сработал, а значит проблема аппаратная.

I did it all, I just deleted the game and did not install it again. The system is not related to the system because there is no problem in the games and BF1 was working. After downloading version 1.15 of the game it did not open.

This is not a problem with BF1 as i also received this error code with 7 Days To Die, it is simply a problem internally in the ps4, try reinstalling or having a professional check out your ps4 if this problem continues

i got over a 1000 games on external hard drive so i haft to delete all my damn games that would take a week straight to download back !!!so i guess the ring of DEATH will be next ! IF not old enough to know what im talking about look it up its that special update that kills the system ive got playstation 1 2 3 all got killed by playsation when new system comes out pc looking better everyday thanx playstation cant even watch tv on it now unistalled one progam youtube tv dont work BBBBBBBSSSSSS
