We are using EO webbrowser in a DLL. Some other desktop application uses this DLL to load and show html pages. Sometimes EO.Base.Runtime.Exception occurs when we try to load the usercontrol (that shows html pages in an embedded webview). But this does not always happen.

I searched in the forums and saw that automatic crash reporting is enabled in EO products. Can you investigate crash reports and maybe find a clue about the reason of the error if possible? I can give you my license email for you to find the crash reports.

Can you set your application ID so that we can match up the crash report on our side? See here for more details:

Note that some crash can be resolved by us and some of them can not — if the crash is in the Chromium browser engine, then we will usually wait for the chromium team to fix it since the chromium project is an extremely large projectwe thus it’s beyond our capability to fix issues in the browser engine.

With the latest version of eo webbrowser, we’ve got the same EO Exception: System.Exception: Channel disconnected error happens sometimes (W7 computer only, it seems to happen in the WebView_CLosed event…)

There are a lot of different scenarios that can cause this error. Some of them are in the browser engine, some of them are related to us. For the problems in the browser engine (this is the equivalent of Chrome browser’s «Jim is dead» message), we usually will wait for the issue to be fixed in the chromium first. For other issues we will investigate. In order for us to look into it, we need it to be reproduced. Once it’s reproduced, you can send a test project to us and we will investigate further.

Hi,

Just to inform you that since versions after the 2016.1.75 our customers have frequently «Channel disconneted errors» (W7 & W10 now) No changes in our app except the upgrade of EO.WebRowser…

We’ve renew our licence and use the latest release available to download (16.2.93), but the problem remains.

The app crash randomly so, unfortunately we can’t give you a scenario to reproduce this error.

We understand the difficulty to fix a bug that you can’t reproducing but this situation is very prejudicial for us.

Hi,

We can not identify any particular changes in 2016.1.75 that can cause this problem. We did not notice an increase on this error from other customers either. What you can do is to set your ApplicationID and we will continue monitor our automatic crash report database to see if we can spot anything there.

We only see a single crash report for this ID that seems to occurs when the application exits. By any chance that your crash report is turned off or is blocked? If the automatic crash report is blocked, you can also write code to manually save the crash report file and send it to us. See here for more details:

Hi,

We’ve turned on the crash report only on a few computers since yesterday.

FYI, An user with the crash report enable just have the «Channel disconnected» error just 10-15 minutes ago.

Hi,

We have received a number of crash reports from your application and they all points to similar locations when the WebView closes. We will continue investigating and if we find anything we will reply again. At this point we do not have any plan to release more updates build for the 2016 release. So this will most likely be addressed in the 2017 release.

We’ve upgraded to 17.0.40 and… «Channel disconnected» error still remains (only on 1 PC at the moment) :'(

Hi,

We are able to see the crash report when the window is destroyed, but we are not able to get much further than that. As you can understand, it’s very hard for us to pin point the exact point of failure without being able to reproduce it. So if you have found anyway to reproduce it please let us know. In the mean time we will continue monitoring the crash report to see if we can figure out anything else.

Hi,

We do not see any crash report with that ID for newer builds. The newest we can see is 17.1.14, which is still too old because we only keep a snapshot for everything (source code, debug symbols) for very recent builds. So make sure you update to the latest and notify us immediately after you see the crash. We can then check the report and see if we can find anything.

As always, if you can reproduce it, that will be the most effective way to track the issue down.

Чаще всего именно эти причины являются следствием того, что вас внезапно выбрасывает из игры, и отображается disconnect в Rust. Теперь приведём рекомендуемые меры в зависимости от проблемы.

Конечно, если у вас нет интернета, вы даже эту статью прочитали бы вряд ли, поэтому, скорее всего, причина кроется в следующих двух пунктах. Однако уточните, стабильно ли работает ваша сеть. Возможно, сигнал прерывается, и это происходит, когда вы играете. Полистайте страницы в интернете, посетите всевозможные сайта. Удостоверьтесь, что все они стабильно грузятся без всплывающих периодически сообщений в духе «нет соединения».

Если это обнаружится, возможно, что дело в работе вашего интернет – провайдера. Однако в техническую поддержку вы обращаться не торопитесь. Не исключено, что вам просто нужно обновить прошивку в роутере или модеме. Если вы приняли все профилактические меры со своей стороны, но это проблему не решило, обратитесь в техническую поддержку компании, поставляющей вам интернет. Делайте это при условии, что два остальных случая, когда возникает ошибка «disconnect» не про вас.

Как вы знаете, если давно играете в Rust, у нас периодически возникают всевозможные игровые новшества. Например, недавно добавили воздушный шар. В скором времени, будем надеяться, появится возможность строить полноценные электрические цепи на основной ветке игры. Словом, выходят обновления, и это случается регулярно.

Обновление вполне может выйти в момент, когда вы его не ждёте. Вы играете, через час сервер уже обновился, а вы всё ещё со старой версией игры. Следовательно, из-за несовместимости с сервером, вас с него выбрасывает. Решение – выйдите из игры, зайдите в Steam и дождитесь, когда будут скачаны и установлены все обновления.

Так же бывает, что вы заходите в игру, она у вас последней версии, вы пытаетесь подсоединиться к серверу, на котором играли ещё вчера, но Rust выдаёт «disconnect». Если без проблем при этом удаётся подсоединиться к другим серверам, скорее всего, предыдущий не успели обновить.

Дело в том, что многие из серверов приходится обновлять вручную. Администраторы тоже люди, имеющие свои дела помимо администрирования. В связи с этим иногда нужно время, чтобы игру на сервере можно было возобновить, когда будут скачаны обновления.

Ошибка Client integrity violation в RUST

Ежедневно в нашей любимой игре Rust вылетают различного рода ошибок, множество проблем с которыми необходимо постоянно бороться и решать. На повестке дня возникла новая, вылетает ошибка сlient integrity violation, которая в переводе значит нарушение целостности клиента. Означать это может несколько причин, которые мы будем пытаться решать ниже. Скажу сразу, что возникает она при подключении к определенному серверу игры Rust, но это не бан от администраторов.

Причины возникновение ошибки violation и их решение.

  1. Проверьте целостность файлов игры игры. Для этого перейдите в библиотеку steam, дальше выберите нашу игру и щёлкните правой кнопкой мыши. Жмём свойства и выбираем файлы. Теперь осталось нажать на кнопку проверить. Система проверит всю игру и файлы на ошибки, восстановит необходимое.
  2. Вторым вариантом может быть антивирус, необходимо в настройках отключить все ограничения к игре. Можете просто отключить его.
  3. Кому то помогает отключение макросов и дополнительных программ мыши, античит не пропускает в связи с распространением запрещенных скриптов.
  4. Проверьте обновление игры, запустите вручную, так же можно в крайнем случае переустановить Rust.

На сайте можно узнать о дополнительных ошибках, к примеру вылетает disconnected, соответственно на которые есть готовые решения.

Disconnect exception cs 630153

I’ve had this for over a month now, thought an update would fix it, but nope. what the honest F*** i can’t play any matches, play button is grey? Well a potential fix and fixes have been listed for those that may be having this issue, after tons of research this is actually not an easy one to figure out how to resolve online, even youtubing this you’ll probably find nothing!

Tuns out that’s not related to IP I discovered, (Maybe false in some perspective) It appears that it’s a common «ANTIVIRUS» game update that ends up listing the game as a virus or doesn’t completely get set as accepted by a antivirus, after checking my antiviruses i allowed it access via the antivirus, and made sure that anything it blocked (files) were removed from the block! — My antivirus for example is bitdefender

Another option is that it could be an ISP or Router block (you’ll more than likely end up with a different code if this is the case), now there’s a few workarounds if this is the case, I’ll list a few:

1) Some network providers will allow you to type your IP into your browser and it’ll take you to your router/hub set up page that’ll allow you to edit and adjust ports and firewalls, and see if anything is getting blocked. Please research on your own devices to find out what it is, or how to adjust things personally.

2) Another option is to contact your ISP

3) close game, open cmd (In windows search bar) type «CMD» right click it and run as administrator and then type or copy and paste: ipconfig /flushdns (it will clear dns cache) make sure to press enter after typing

  • Thank you all, I’ve realized that the issue was the usage of excluded paths in combination with the kerberization. Once I’ve blank the excludePath property, the Kerberos ticket started to work properly and the Channel Disconnected dissapeared.

Some queries(dozens every day) fails in my production environment. I found below exceptions from the broker logs. It seems that the connection between broker and peon gets disconnected during querying.

Without any retry mechanism, the query just fails. My proposal is to retry in my client application. Besides, could anyone help me to understand what happens in the server side and any configuration changes I can do?

The druid version is 0.10.1 and tranquility kafka is adopted for real-time ingestion.

Hi,

The information I can find on error 2746 is that is a disconnect due to a TCP RESET. The RESET usually happens due to the IVE or devices between the IVE and NC. A tcpdump on the IVE external port and NC ethernet port will find out where the RESET is coming from. If the SSL control channel traffic is not being transferred between the NC client and the IVE then the NC session will be closed.

Some possible causes are client DHCP leases expiring; client interfaces going down; SSL traffic blocked so the IVE RESETs the connection; client IP changing when roaming is not enabled; third party software such as AVs or Firewalls on the client PC interfering with the NC connection or route monitoring enabled and the client route table changing. Is http://kb.pulsesecure.net/KB14131 applicable -are the clients using Verizon Aircard?

Do the users see any pop-up messages about the failing NC connection? Are they able to re-connect? Can they access and log into the SA webpage and get their homepage during the failure?

We are using EO webbrowser in a DLL. Some other desktop application uses this DLL to load and show html pages. Sometimes EO.Base.Runtime.Exception occurs when we try to load the usercontrol (that shows html pages in an embedded webview). But this does not always happen.

I searched in the forums and saw that automatic crash reporting is enabled in EO products. Can you investigate crash reports and maybe find a clue about the reason of the error if possible? I can give you my license email for you to find the crash reports.

Note that some crash can be resolved by us and some of them can not — if the crash is in the Chromium browser engine, then we will usually wait for the chromium team to fix it since the chromium project is an extremely large projectwe thus it’s beyond our capability to fix issues in the browser engine.

There are a lot of different scenarios that can cause this error. Some of them are in the browser engine, some of them are related to us. For the problems in the browser engine (this is the equivalent of Chrome browser’s «Jim is dead» message), we usually will wait for the issue to be fixed in the chromium first. For other issues we will investigate. In order for us to look into it, we need it to be reproduced. Once it’s reproduced, you can send a test project to us and we will investigate further.

Hi,

Just to inform you that since versions after the 2016.1.75 our customers have frequently «Channel disconneted errors» (W7 & W10 now) No changes in our app except the upgrade of EO.WebRowser…

We’ve renew our licence and use the latest release available to download (16.2.93), but the problem remains.

The app crash randomly so, unfortunately we can’t give you a scenario to reproduce this error.

We understand the difficulty to fix a bug that you can’t reproducing but this situation is very prejudicial for us.

Hi,

We can not identify any particular changes in 2016.1.75 that can cause this problem. We did not notice an increase on this error from other customers either. What you can do is to set your ApplicationID and we will continue monitor our automatic crash report database to see if we can spot anything there.

We only see a single crash report for this ID that seems to occurs when the application exits. By any chance that your crash report is turned off or is blocked? If the automatic crash report is blocked, you can also write code to manually save the crash report file and send it to us. See here for more details:

We’ve turned on the crash report only on a few computers since yesterday.

FYI, An user with the crash report enable just have the «Channel disconnected» error just 10-15 minutes ago.

We have received a number of crash reports from your application and they all points to similar locations when the WebView closes. We will continue investigating and if we find anything we will reply again. At this point we do not have any plan to release more updates build for the 2016 release. So this will most likely be addressed in the 2017 release.

Hi,

We are able to see the crash report when the window is destroyed, but we are not able to get much further than that. As you can understand, it’s very hard for us to pin point the exact point of failure without being able to reproduce it. So if you have found anyway to reproduce it please let us know. In the mean time we will continue monitoring the crash report to see if we can figure out anything else.

Hi,

We do not see any crash report with that ID for newer builds. The newest we can see is 17.1.14, which is still too old because we only keep a snapshot for everything (source code, debug symbols) for very recent builds. So make sure you update to the latest and notify us immediately after you see the crash. We can then check the report and see if we can find anything.

As always, if you can reproduce it, that will be the most effective way to track the issue down.
