Guys, i found some alternative way to fix this unity crash. I always got stucked on 3%. So thats what I did:
1- put your game to always open with administrator mode (Properties of the game>game’s local files>right click on Phamasphobia.exe> compatibility> check administrator mode

2- In properties of the game on steam, go on launch configuration and type: -w 1024
This will change your resolution on start of the game.

I tried everything and only changing the resolution fixed my unity crash error msg

I DIDN’T CHANGE THE RAM CLOCK ON BIOS OR ELSE.

If this works for you, go and change your resolution inside the game to 59Hz.

i need so much help please, i just want to play your game i have not been able to launch the game since i was given it by my brother. every time i launch it i see phasmophobia, unity, black screen for a solid 2 minutes unity crash handler box pops up briefly then it crashes to desktop. i only have one monitor and i have the top tier specs for my p.c. please help i have been looking for a fix that will work for over a year. i have an hour of time in the game. and that full hour is just how many times i’ve attempted to launch it and it immidiately CTD.

ive turned off steam overlay
done all the discord fixes
tried disabling the anti virus
updated my C+++ redistributables
got the game to launch in window instead of full screen
ive tried messing around in the game files the way any and every website says too
ive tried all the modifying launch settings
Ive tried giving it admin permissions

Проблема с пингом и большими задержками давно известна. При подключении к игре, сервера определяют регион и присоединяют пользователя к самым близким доступным.

Понизить PING можно благодаря проверки компьютера на блокирующие соединения программы. Из основных причинных ПО, разработчики выделяют следующие:

1. Работающий в момент игры VPN
2. Активные скачивания или раздачи через торрент

С вылетами связана ошибка при которой блокируется исполнение файла запуска. Разработчики в курсе данной проблемы у некоторых пользователей и уже решают данный вопрос. Они рекомендуют игрокам столкнувшимся с этой проблемой, сделать следующее:

1. Обновить лаунчер игры, для синхронизации контрольных версий.
2. Выполнить проверку диска на наличие ошибок (вероятно приложение было установлено в битый сектор). Делается это из командной строки с выполнением команды: CHKDSK /F /R
3. На время отключить антивирус или перевести его в игровой режим.

Решить проблему в таком случае можно чистой загрузкой. Как правило, это помогает в тех случаях, когда ошибка появляется при запуске Windows 10. Поскольку причина практически всегда связана с какой-то определённой программой или службой, что находятся в автозагрузках.

Для решения проблемы необходимо отыскать и вернуть в папку пропавшую DLL-библиотеку. И проще всего это сделать, используя специально созданную для таких случаев программу DLL-fixer – она отсканирует вашу систему и поможет отыскать недостающую библиотеку. Конечно, так можно решить далеко не любую DLL-ошибку, поэтому ниже мы предлагаем ознакомиться с более конкретными случаями.

Ошибка d3dx9_43.dll, xinput1_2.dll, x3daudio1_7.dll, xrsound.dll и др.

Все ошибки, в названии которых можно увидеть «d3dx» , «xinput» , «dxgi» , «d3dcompiler» и «x3daudio» лечатся одним и тем же способом – воспользуйтесь веб-установщиком исполняемых библиотек DirectX .

Ошибка MSVCR120.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll, runtime-x32.dll и др.

Ошибки с названием «MSVCR» или «RUNTIME» лечатся установкой библиотек Microsoft Visual C++ (узнать, какая именно библиотека нужна можно в системных требованиях).

После установки Dependency Walker 64bit , запускайте утилиту и переходите по следующему адресу: «View» «Full Patch» «.exe-файл проблемной игры» (в некоторых случаях после это появляется окно с ошибками, но на него не стоит обращать внимания, просто закройте окно). Если в материнской плате присутствует встроенный графический процессор, но играете на дискретном, игра в любом случае запустится на встроенном. Поэтому и возникают «цветные» проблемы, поскольку монитор подключён по умолчанию к дискретной видеокарте.

Не менее часто цветной экран появляется в том случае, если появились проблемы с выводом изображения. Подобное вызывает самые разные причины, но существуют две наиболее распространённые: 1 – стоят устаревшие драйвера; 2 – ваша видеокарта не поддерживается. Поэтому рекомендуем обновить в первую очередь драйвера.

Появление чёрного экрана часто связано с конфликтом видеодрайверов и ПО. И реже всего с определёнными файлами Phasmophobia. Впрочем, существует довольно много других причин, связанных с появлением «чёрного экрана смерти».

Первым делом при появлении проблемы следует обновить видеодрайвер. Многие пренебрегают этим совсем, но мы настоятельно рекомендуем сделать это, потому что для многих современных игр следом выходят и важные обновления, которые помогают запустить ту или иную игру.

Phasmophobia не запускается. Ошибка при запуске игры

Основной причиной проблем с запуском являются устаревшие библиотеки устройства игрока. Для начала давайте попробуем обновить компоненты до актуальной версии.

   Ошибка «Недостаточно памяти»

   Возникает ошибка, связанная с недостатком памяти, практически по десятку причин. Конечно, наиболее распространённые – это либо нехватка оперативной памяти «железа», либо маленький размер файла подкачки. В последнем случае, даже если вы ничего настраивали, всё запросто мог испортить сторонний софт или банальное отключение файла подкачки.

   Звук в Phasmophobia отсутствует или пропадает в заставках

   Чаще всего проблема связана с высоким звуковым разрешением в параметрах Windows, а именно – с частотой разрядности и дискретизации. Поэтому избавиться от проблемы можно лишь одним способом – понизить это разрешение.

   • В трее нажмите ПКМ по значку динамика;
   • В открывшемся меню необходимо выбрать пункт «Звуки» ;
   • Следом необходимо выбрать устройство (это могут быть либо динамики, либо наушники) и нажать на «Свойства» ;
   • Перейти на соседнюю вкладку «Дополнительно» ;
   • Отыщите меню под названием «Формат по умолчанию» , чтобы задать значение, но оно должно быть ниже текущего;
   • Нажмите «Применить» , откройте Phasmophobia и проверьте результат проделанной работы.

   Проблему, которая связана с отсутствием звука в заставках, решить первым способом не получится, поэтому сделайте следующее:

   • Вновь в трее ПКМ по значку динамика;
   • В меню отыщите функцию под названием «Пространственный звук» , чтобы отключить;

Grounded Fatal Error, Crash, And Fixes

Grounded is currently availble on Steam Early Access. Meaning the game is still in development and there are bound to be errors and issues with it. Grounded PC players are reporting errors and issues like the crash at launch, Fatal error, Access Denied (0x5), login issues, crash after saving, and more

The following are the errors and issues that Grounded players are experiencing along with their fixes and workarounds.

Crash Fix

According to players, the game is crashing randomly or right after the character creation screen. The issue is related to the default audio format. Open Settings Settings > System > Sound > click “Sound Control panel”. A new window will open, select your active audio output device > properties > Advanced tab. This is a bit of trial and error. If the audio format is 32-bit then try 24-bit format. If its 24-bit by default and set it to 16-bit format. This will fix the random crash issue.

Another reason for Grounded randomly crashing is DirectX 12 for some GPUs. Players just have to make the game run at DX 11 and it’ll stop crashing. Go to your Steam library > right-click Grounded > Properties > General tab > click “Set Launch Options”. Type “-d3d11” and press Ok. Launch Grounded and it won’t crash anymore.

Directx Runtime Not Found, Fatal Error Fix

Grounded PC players are reporting that they are experiencing the Fatal Error and “Directx Runtime Not Found” error. The fix for these errors is quite simple.

Go to your Steam library > right-click Grounded > Properties > General tab > click “Set Launch Options”. Type “-d3d11” and press Ok. This will fix the Grounded Fatal Error and “Directx Runtime Not Found” error.
