I was trying to use a *.png file as my icon but it wanted *.ico. Once I removed <icon>...</icon> from my config file this error disappeared.

Check the icon file you are using (if you are using one). I was coming across the same error when trying to wrap my java executable. I was using a png file that I converted to what I thought was an icon (.ico) file. Turns out this conversion didn’t work. After using a correct .ico file I found on my windows system, I used that and it worked.

The reason is a version of JRE on machine where EXE file is executing.

Give the path as binjre_path
For instance if you have a folder dist with bin as subfolder having the jre file inside.

None of the above helped me. The answer was to copy JRE’s lib and bin folders into a new folder inside dist (I called it jre), then use that folder name as the Bundled JRE Path:

Hello.
I have the problem with starting Zipped Arduino program.
I wanted to download one of old versions arduino-1.6.5-r5-windows on my windows 10 Home edition x64. OK I unzipped folder. So when I open arduino.exe application in unzipped folder and after I get error message from Arduino, which says:
This application was configured to use a bundled Java Runtime Environment but the runtime is missing or corrupted.
After I press OK button, message goes away, but app does not appear at all.
I thought I don’t have java on my new PC. However, the problem is still present.
OK. I deleted zipped version and tried to install via Windows Installer. However, it has NSIS Error which says : Error launching installer. So I had to delete installer file too.
I tried all the same with version ARDUINO 1.8.12 and the same steps had failed too. so I got to delete folders and installer file too again.
I even tried to bring version of arduino-1.6.5-r5-windows zipped version from my laptop to PC on usb stick. Same error. So unfortunately got to delete zipped and unzipped folders.
After that I went to Microsoft Store. I found it, downloaded. The version is ARDUINO 1.8.12. It opens and shows all functions that should be. However, I got a problem with adding up zipped library which I downloaded from www.OSEPP.com official website.
I wrote about my problem yesterday in Arduino forum, but no answer yet.
Please help. Could anyone tell which Windows version is OK and which version of Java is good to work with Arduino application?

Укажите путь как binjre_path Например, если у вас есть папка dist с bin в качестве подпапки, внутри которой находится файл jre.

Ничего из перечисленного мне не помогло. Ответ заключался в том, чтобы скопировать папки JRE lib и bin в новую папку внутри dist (я назвал ее jre), а затем использовать это имя папки в качестве связанного пути JRE:

- Press the Windows key, type cmd, and select the Run as administrator option from the right.
- Paste or type the following command and press Enter:
sfc /scannow
- Wait for the scanning process to complete and then restart your computer.

6. Run the Program in compatibility mode
- On the desktop or where the actual application is, right-click the application shortcut and click Properties.
- Here, select the Compatibility tab, and check the box Run this program in compatibility mode for: From the drop-down list, select any older edition of Windows to run the program with.
- Lastly, click OK to run the program.
Some applications not optimized for newer operating systems cannot adapt which causes the error message. By running your program in compatibility mode, the Windows 10 OS will enable the application to run in an older version of Windows.
Note: You can also use Compatibility Administrator; this is one of the latest tools by Microsoft which fixes programs that do not run Windows. It makes the program compatible with Windows PCs. You can download Compatibility Administrator and install it on your Windows PC.

7. Update your drivers
- Right-click the Start icon then select Device Manager.
- Expand each section one by one then right-click the driver and select Update driver.

Okay, so I’m trying to code & upload to an Arduino with VS Code (Visual Studio Code). When I try to upload or verify my Arduino code, this error pops up:
If you cannot see that, it says:

Help will be greatly appreciated. I started messing around with the Arduino a few weeks ago, and I’ve been using VS Code for a long time.

Code works completely fine on Arduino IDE, I want to be able to code and upload to an Arduino with VS Code.

Также можно поставить «термоядерный режим», когда блокируются абсолютно все сайты, кроме разрешённых.

Как решить ошибку в Minecraft не удалось найти java exe?

Чтобы исправить данную ошибку, достаточно будет установить виртуальную машину Java. Для этого перейдите на официальную страницу загрузки JRE, примите лицензионное соглашение, кликнув в чек-бокс «Accept License Agreement» и нажмите на ссылку для скачивание для вашей операционной системы. Далее запустите установщик и следуйте инструкциям.

Если Java уже установлена — попробуйте ее переустановить (скачайте версию не ниже 7, удалите установленную, установите новую), если нет — просто установите, опять таки, не ниже 7 версии.Кроме того, вероятно, нужно указать Майнкрафту путь к программе, для того, чтобы его узнать, вам нужно открыть в проводнике путь до java.exe и скопировать то, что будет в адресной строке.Майя Э.7

От администратора попробуйте. Я так понимаю, просто не мовозможно найти путь или прав не хватает на свершения действия. Если не поможет, лучше переустановить винду, т.к. это уже похоже в системе что-то не так. Если это только с симс 4, попробуйте другую раздачу.The Sims 4 RU3

Это значит, что приложение (в данном случае Minecraft) «словило» исключение. Исключение, в данном случае, это непредвиденная ошибка или непредвиденное поведение одного или нескольких программных компонент. Скорее всего, это может быть связанно с устаревшей версией JVM (Java Virtual Machine) или JRE (Java Runtime Environment). Как вариант, переустновить (или обновить) JVM и JRE до актуальной версии. Сделать это можно здесь.
Если это не помогло — то может быть, есть вариант, скачать новый дистрибутив Minecraft (новую сборку), т.к. текущая сборка оказалась по тем или иным причинам несовместима с текущей версией JVM (например, JVM сама обновилась).
Также возможны проблемы с драйверами видеокарты.
Хорошо-бы понять, при каких действиях пользователя, приложение «ловит» исключение, и что за исключение она ловит (скриншот например).
