  A — SUITABILITY OF THE LIFT TRUCK FOR THE JOB — MANITOU has ensured that this lift truck is suitable for use under the standard operating conditions defined in this operator’s manual, with a STATIC TEST COEFFICIENT 1.25 and a DYNAMIC TEST COEFFICIENT OF 1, as specified in harmonised standard EN 1459 for mast trucks.

Such an operation may cause severe damage to the transmission. If necessary, towing requires the transmission to be put in neutral (  3 — MAINTENANCE).

  IF THE LIFT TRUCK IS NOT TO BE USED FOR A LONG TIME INTRODUCTION The following recommendations are intended to prevent the lift truck from being damaged when it is withdrawn from service for an extended period. IMPORTANT Procedures to follow if the lift truck is not to be used for a long time and for starting it up again afterwards must be performed by your dealership. This period of long-term stoppage must not exceed 12 months.

  1 — DRIVER’S CAB ACCESS Use the contact points 1 to get into or out of the driver’s cab. • Mounting at the front. • Descending at the rear. 2 — SEAT BELT IMPORTANT Under no circumstances must the lift truck be used if the seat belt is defective (fixing, locking, cuts, tears, etc.). Immediately repair or replace the safety belt.

  3 — DRIVER’S SEAT DESIGNED FOR MAXIMUM COMFORT, THIS SEAT CAN BE ADJUSTED AS FOLLOWS. WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Adjust the weight when the driver is sitting on the seat. — Pull the weight adjustment lever 1 fully out. — Move the weight adjustment lever 1 upwards to increase the weight or downwards to reduce it.

The lighting of some lamps may be accompanied by an audible signal. Do not ignore this warning, consult your dealer without delay.

  TRANSMISSION OIL TEMPERATURE WARNING INDICATOR LAMP The lamp and the buzzer come on when the transmission oil temperature is abnormally high. Stop the lift truck and seek the cause of this overheating. ENGINE FAULT INDICATOR LAMP If the indicator lamp comes on or flashes while the lift truck is in operation, a diagnostic fault has been detected. The lift truck will operate in reduced mode.

  17 — HYDRAULIC CONTROLS IMPORTANT Do not attempt to alter the hydraulic system pressure by interfering with the pressure regulating valve. In the event of suspected malfunction, contact your dealer. ANY ALTERATION MAY RENDER THE WARRANTY NULL AND VOID. Use the hydraulic controls gently without jerking, to avoid incidents caused by shaking the lift truck.   18 — ACCELERATOR PEDAL 19 — SERVICE BRAKE PEDAL AND TRANSMISSION CUT-OFF The pedal acts on the front wheels by means of a hydraulic brake system to slow down and stop the lift truck. During free travel it enables the transmission to be cut off progressively thus allowing a gradual approach (delicate handling) with all the engine power.

Never change the steering mode whilst driving. These green indicator lamps come on to indicate the alignment of the wheels in relation to the lift truck.

  22 — HEATER CONTROL A — FAN CONTROL This 3-speed control allows the air to be ventilated through the air vents. The intermediate positions allow the temperature to be adjusted.

  24 — HEATING VENTS These swivelling heating vents, which can be shut off, allow you to direct and adjust the flow inside the cab. 25 — DEMIST VENTS These vents allow the windscreen and side windows to be demisted. MANITOU не заводится

Погрузчики и другая техника MANITOU очень надежная и редко подводит. Но даже и у нее иногда случаются поломки. Бывает очень неприятная ситуация, когда двигатель MANITOU заглох и не хочет заводиться. При этом на дисплее панели приборов горит сообщение с соответствующим описанием кода ошибки неисправности. Но бывают и исключения, когда ошибки не высвечиваются. Специалистами нашей компании накоплен солидный опыт по диагностике и ремонту описываемых неисправностей. Есть два кардинально различных вариантов «незапуска» двигателя:

1. При повороте ключа в замке зажигания, стартер прокручивает двигатель экскаватора
2. Стартер не включается и не крутит двигатель

Постараюсь более подробно рассказать про каждый из вариантов неисправности техники.

Запуск двигателя на выезде

Не крутит стартер MANITOU

Если система управления вышеуказанной техники при повороте ключа зажигания на старт, не включает стартер, то причина поломки заключается в электрическом оборудовании или электронных системах грузовика. Причины могут быть следующие:

• Неисправность блока реле и предохранителей
• Отсутствие контактов в разъемах электропроводки
• Неисправность главного реле грузового автомобиля
• Выход из строя замка зажигания Выход из строя стартера
• Обрыв или замыкание шины КАН
• Отсутствие “массы”
• Отсутствие напряжения питания на блоке управления двигателем
• Обрыв или замыкание жгута проводки

Стартер крутит — не заводится

Если стартер описываемой техники при повороте ключа в замке зажигания крутится, но при этом мотор не подает никаких признаков. Причина неисправности может заключаться как в электрооборудовании автомобиля, так и в механике. Неисправности автоэлектрики могут быть как описанные выше, кроме неисправностей связанных со стартером и его цепями, плюс следующие причины:

Если при работающем двигателе предупредительные сигнальные лампы постоянно горят или мигают, это является признаком неисправности. Загорание некоторых сигнальных ламп может сопровождаться звуковым сигналом. Обратите внимание на эти предупредительные сигналы.
Если во время движения у телескопического погрузчика Manitou загораются предупредительные сигнальные лампы, следует остановить погрузчик в условиях максимальной безопасности.

СИГНАЛИЗАТОР И ОГРАНИЧИТЕЛЬ ПРОДОЛЬНОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ МАНИТУ

Оператор должен всегда соблюдать параметры грузовой диаграммы телескопического погрузчика и режим использования в зависимости от типа навесного оборудования.

Разборка и калибровка датчика нагрузки запрещены и могут выполняться только специально обученным персоналом.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: когда стрела задвинута полностью, выключатель “ОПАСНЫХ” движений деактивируется.

Переключатель управляет визуальными и акустическими сигналами

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: данные функции работают только при включенном зажигании.

РЫЧАГ ПЕРЕКЛЮЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕДАЧ С ВЫКЛЮЧАТЕЛЕМ ТРАНСМИССИИ

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ КОРОБКИ ПЕРЕКЛЮЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕДАЧ

— На телескопических погрузчиках MANITOU серии МТ с гидротрансформатором нет необходимости начинать движение на 1-й передаче, а затем переходить на повышенную передачу.

Выбор передачи следует делать в соответствие с выполняемой работой.
Неправильный выбор передачи может повлечь за собой быстрое повышение температуры масла из-за чрезмерного проскальзывания гидротрансформатора и в конечном итоге, привести к серьёзным повреждениям коробки передач (требуется немедленно остановить и сменить условия работы, если загорелся индикатор температуры масла коробки передач). При неправильном выборе передачи возможно снижение скорости движения телескопического погрузчика. При повышении тягового усилия скорость движения на r-й (к примеру, на 3-й) передаче будет ниже скорости движения на r-1 (на 2-й вместо 3-ей) передаче.

Рекомендуется использовать следующие передачи в соответствие с выполняемыми работами.
• НА ДОРОГЕ:
Включить 3-ю передачу и переключиться на 4-ю передачу, если позволяют дорожные условия.
В холмистой местности включить 2-ю передачу и переключиться на 3-ю передачу, если позволяют дорожные условия.

• С ПРИЦЕПОМ НА ДОРОГЕ:
Включить 2-ю передачу и переключиться на 3-ю передачу, если позволяют дорожные условия.

• ОБРАБОТКА ГРУЗА:
3-я передача.
2-я передача при работе в ограниченном пространстве.

• ПОГРУЗОЧНЫЕ РАБОТЫ (с ковшом, вилами для навоза и т.п.):
2-я передача.

• ЗЕМЛЯНЫЕ РАБОТЫ:
1-я передача.

ПЕРЕКЛЮЧАТЕЛЬ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ ХОДА

МЕРЫ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ПРИ ПЕРЕМЕЩЕНИИ ПОГРУЗЧИКА MANITOU

Разрешение на перемещение погрузчика Маниту выдаётся электронным модулем. Чтобы оператор мог выполнить перемещение вперед или назад, он должен соблюдать следующий порядок действий:

1 — надлежащим образом устроиться на сиденье водителя,
2 — отпустить стояночный тормоз,
3 — включить передний или задний ход.

Чтобы остановить погрузчик, он должен выполнить следующий порядок действий:
1 — Поставить рычаг переключения хода в нейтральное положение,
2 — затянуть стояночный тормоз,
3 — спуститься с погрузчика.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Если оператор покидает пост управления с включенным передним или задним ходом, раздаётся непрерывный звуковой сигнал, оператор может вернуться в кабину и продолжить движение вперёд или назад. Если звуковой сигнал становится прерывистым, чтобы продолжить движение, оператор должен сесть на сиденье, поставить рычаг переключения хода в нейтральное положение и затем включить передний или задний ход.

РЫЧАГ ВЫБОРА РЕЖИМА РУЛЕВОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

C — ПЕРЕКЛЮЧАТЕЛЬ ИНДИКАТОРОВ ВЫРАВНИВАНИЯ КОЛЕС

Переключатель включает индикаторы выравнивания колес. При включении загорается индикатор на переключателе.
Перед движением по дороге необходимо проверить выравнивание задних колес и включить режим управления передними колесами. Во время движения на телескопическом погрузчике Маниту следует регулярно проверять выравнивание задних колес при помощи индикатора.

ДЖОЙСТИК УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ГИДРОСИСТЕМОЙ РАБОЧЕГО ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ

Запрещается изменять давление в гидравлической системе при помощи клапана регулировки давления.
Управлять гидросистемой следует плавно, без рывков, во избежание несчастных случаев, связанных с колебаниями телескопического погрузчика.
