Edge fold can be used for wild formats copies or DIN size copies. The Océ 940 detects the copy size automatically. When the copy is fed in the first time the first fold is delivered according to the chosen programme.

Introduction The Océ 940 offers the customer flexibility. The copies are folded according the chosen folding width in combination with a folding method. The folding widths are (see figure 3): 210: package width is 210 mm. 190: package width is 190 mm.

The folding methods are (see figure 4): 1: edge fold: edge fold means that the last fold is always to the left (meaning that the last page is not always totally covered). 2: package fold: package fold makes it possible to fold according to din standards when using din standard originals. -

Folding copies The Océ 940 automatically detects the size of the copy material. The only thing that has to be selected on the operating panel is the folding width and the folding method. This determines the way the copy is folded in the first fold.

Clearing paper jams In case of a paper jam, the machine stops and if possible the folded copy is delivered. The arrow on the operating panel flashes and the message display shows the error code. No more sheets can be fed into the machine. If one of the following error codes are displayed, there is a paper jam, which can be cleared very easily by the operator.

Именно «6», сами видели? Дело в том, что ошибки Е1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, A, С, D — документированы, но про Е6, 7, 0, Е, F — нет даже упоминаний.

Description
Error code E6.
After you switch the folder off/on, the error code is gone.
Tests / Checks
1 Check / Replace the Paper transport roller.
2 Check / Replace the Input motor (INMO).
3 Check / Replace the Input motor sensor (INMOSE).
4 Check / Replace the Pulse-disk.
5 This error can be caused by a polluted LIFTSE. See partslist Z-1802/38.
When switching on the folder you don’t hear the output deflection flap being activated.
The folder INMO starts to turn for a short while and then error code E6 appears on the control panel.

Описание Oce 940
Oce 940 — автономный электрический складыватель для широкоформатных документов. Требуется только подать лист — остальное фальцовщик сделает сам. Методы — на выбор: 210 мм с кромкой, 210 мм и 190 мм без кромки. Один поворот рукоятки — и вместо продольной укладки пользователи получают поперечную под размер 297 или 305 мм. Сочетает в себе современный дизайн, простоту и удобство использования.
Пропустите документ один раз, что бы сложить продольно, и второй раз, что бы сложить поперек, в удобные небольшие пакеты, с клапаном для подшивки или без. Поддерживаются стандарты DIN и нестандартные размеры. Погрешность укладки ниже допустимой промышленными стандартами.
Фальцовщик занимает мало места, устанавливается даже в небольших конструкторских подразделениях или в отделах выпуска документации. Никакого скрежета, грохота, стука. Самый малошумный складыватель на рынке на сегодняшний день.

Индикатор состояния отображает текущее состояние сканера. Ниже приводится описание
наиболее часто встречающихся структур индикации. Если вы сталкиваетесь с другой мигающей
структурой, обратитесь в службу технической поддержки Xerox.
Коды ошибок
Если в сканере возникают аппаратурные проблемы, цвет индикатора состояния меняется на
желтый, и он начинает мигать. Число вспышек перед 3-секундной паузой является кодом
ошибки.
Во всех случаях следует выключить сканер и проверить его настройки. Проверьте, подключен ли
кабель ADF, стоит ли блокировочный фиксатор в положении разблокировано, проверьте
подключение к компьютеру и электрической сети.
Сканер не обменивается
информацией с
компьютером.
Убедитесь, что кабель USB подключен. Если кабель USB
подключается к концентратору или клавиатуре,
попробуйте подключить его напрямую к разъему на
задней стенке компьютера. Попробуйте подключить
кабель к другому порту USB или используйте другой
кабель USB. Обратите внимание, что кабель USB не
должен быть длиннее 6 футов.
Сканер не распознает, что
сканирующая головка
находится в правильном
положении, необходимом
для начала сканирования.
Это обычно случается после замятия бумаги. Выключите
сканер и снова включите его. Если проблема остается,
выключите сканер, перезагрузите компьютер и снова
включите сканер.

Introduction The Océ 940 offers the customer flexibility. The copies are folded according the chosen folding width in combination with a folding method. The folding widths are (see figure 3): 210: package width is 210 mm. 190: package width is 190 mm.

The folding methods are (see figure 4): 1: edge fold: edge fold means that the last fold is always to the left (meaning that the last page is not always totally covered). 2: package fold: package fold makes it possible to fold according to din standards when using din standard originals. -

Folding copies The Océ 940 automatically detects the size of the copy material. The only thing that has to be selected on the operating panel is the folding width and the folding method. This determines the way the copy is folded in the first fold.

Clearing paper jams In case of a paper jam, the machine stops and if possible the folded copy is delivered. The arrow on the operating panel flashes and the message display shows the error code. Именно «6», сами видели? Дело в том, что ошибки Е1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, A, С, D — документированы, но про Е6, 7, 0, Е, F — нет даже упоминаний.

Description
Error code E6.
After you switch the folder off/on, the error code is gone.
Tests / Checks
1 Check / Replace the Paper transport roller.
2 Check / Replace the Input motor (INMO).
3 Check / Replace the Input motor sensor (INMOSE).
4 Check / Replace the Pulse-disk.
5 This error can be caused by a polluted LIFTSE. See partslist Z-1802/38.
When switching on the folder you don’t hear the output deflection flap being activated.
The folder INMO starts to turn for a short while and then error code E6 appears on the control panel.

Описание Oce 940
Oce 940 — автономный электрический складыватель для широкоформатных документов. Требуется только подать лист — остальное фальцовщик сделает сам. Методы — на выбор: 210 мм с кромкой, 210 мм и 190 мм без кромки. Один поворот рукоятки — и вместо продольной укладки пользователи получают поперечную под размер 297 или 305 мм. Сочетает в себе современный дизайн, простоту и удобство использования.
Пропустите документ один раз, что бы сложить продольно, и второй раз, что бы сложить поперек, в удобные небольшие пакеты, с клапаном для подшивки или без. Поддерживаются стандарты DIN и нестандартные размеры. Погрешность укладки ниже допустимой промышленными стандартами.

подключение к компьютеру и электрической сети.
Сканер не обменивается
информацией с
компьютером.
Убедитесь, что кабель USB подключен. Если кабель USB
подключается к концентратору или клавиатуре,
попробуйте подключить его напрямую к разъему на
задней стенке компьютера. Попробуйте подключить
кабель к другому порту USB или используйте другой
кабель USB. Обратите внимание, что кабель USB не
должен быть длиннее 6 футов.
Сканер не распознает, что
сканирующая головка
находится в правильном
положении, необходимом
для начала сканирования.
Это обычно случается после замятия бумаги. Выключите
сканер и снова включите его. Если проблема остается,
выключите сканер, перезагрузите компьютер и снова
включите сканер.
На светодиодной панели
попеременно мигают “E”
и код ошибки (например 6).
Красный индикатор мигает
количество раз, равное коду ошибке.
