So, long story short. I took part in a trial of tarkov then got myself a proper key once the trial ended. I attempted to log into the website to add my key and was immediately told that my password was wrong. Tried the launcher, logged in fine, website just wont accept the password…whatever reset password, told me it was reset, all good…actually no.
Went back to the site in an effort to log in and get hit with ‘password is incorrect’..before it shortly after tells me that i’m tried to many times. Eventually got locked out for 240 minutes last night. Came back today in an effort to get everything sorted…clicked on login on the site and get a 403 forbidden error. WTF! I even clicked registration to signup a new account with the key I have…403 forbidden…attempt to contact support…403 forbidden..basically anything that involved and email is now locked to me!
Anyone had similar issues? Waste of time and money if I’m just getting block from Tarkov on the website and in game as the updated password doesn’t work on the launcher now either.
